BidTrainer is an educational app for learning to bid in the card game bridge. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is stored.<\/p>\n
We collect only the following data, and only when you choose to participate in the leaderboard:
\n– Alias: a name you choose yourself. This does not have to be your real name and we do not verify it in any way.
\n– Scores: your practice results, associated with your alias and displayed on the leaderboard.
\nWe do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information.<\/p>\n
Leaderboard participation is optional
\nYou can use BidTrainer fully without entering an alias or participating in the leaderboard. If you choose not to participate, no data is collected from you at all.<\/p>\n
Leaderboard data (alias and scores) is stored on a secure server hosted by Microsoft Azure, using a MongoDB database. The data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling of any kind.<\/p>\n
Leaderboard entries are kept for as long as the leaderboard is active. You may request removal of your entry by contacting us at the email address below.<\/p>\n
BidTrainer does not require you to create an account or log in. The app is fully accessible without registration.<\/p>\n
BidTrainer contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. We do not use your data for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n
BidTrainer is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since leaderboard participation only requires a self-chosen alias, no identifying information is needed from any user.<\/p>\n
If this privacy policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.<\/p>\n
